M & C joinery – where great ideas take shape
Such was the demand for our ideas and output in 2021, we decided to upgrade and expand our work base for 2022. Prior to Christmas 2021 we invested in some new machinery that would offer us greater control and faster output to keep up with the demand for our bespoke wood turning and crafting solutions. From smallest crafted piece to the largest install, M & C Joinery provide even great wood fitted solutions than ever before.
It is always a challenge to make a change in the manufacturing processes, but these new installations enable M & C Joinery to accept the largest possible number of dedicated orders. This is coupled with the need to maintain high quality standards and customisation of products with quick and defined delivery times, as well as responding to the needs of our highly creative design ideas.
At all times, proper training and safety are the keywords with our expert workshop team.
The Biesse Rover K Smart
The Shape of things to come from M & C Joinery
Our first install was the The Rover K Smart from Biesse for machining panels and solid wood pieces with a single high production machine. This unique machine offers greater speed and control when we want our designs to come to life.
Pictured here with the Rover K Smart are operators John Demspey, Darren Conway and Paul McLoughlin.
